TheraBuddies Gift Cards

Gift someone the ability to choose the perfect TheraBuddy option for them by allowing them to pick something for themselves.

Give the gift to someone who could use one for home, or to a favorite therapist to help them stock their office to help with therapy sessions.

How to use TheraBuddies:

• Learn how to do deep breathing with weighted buddies
• Use Feeling Bears to learn about different feelings
• Talk to feeling bears about your feelings, similar to the Empty Chair exercise
• Practice letting heavy thoughts or big feelings out to Therabuddies to let them go
• Sit and snuggle with Therabuddies to allow silent space to process
• Use as a Polyvagal zoo or to discuss characteristics (such as 100 Acre Wood characters) and how those can help or hold one back.
